These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OwoFarm (the "Application," "Software," or "Service"), including any related Discord OAuth integration, documentation, and source code published at https://github.com/Paiiss/owofarm.
By installing, configuring, authorizing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Description of the Service
OwoFarm is client-side software that connects to Discord using credentials you provide locally. It automates interactions with the third-party OwO bot on Discord, such as hunting, battling, inventory checks, and related in-game commands.
OwoFarm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or the OwO bot project unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all laws and platform rules that apply to you.
3. Discord and Third-Party Platform Rules
Your use of Discord through this Application is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Policy, and API terms: https://discord.com/terms.
Automating a user account ("self-botting") may violate Discord's rules and can result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination. You use OwoFarm at your own risk. The Application authors and contributors are not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Discord, OwO bot operators, or server administrators.
4. Your Account and Credentials
- You are solely responsible for your Discord account and any tokens or credentials you use with OwoFarm.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share them with others.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account while using the Application.
- You must not use the Application to access accounts you do not own or have permission to operate.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OwoFarm to:
- Violate Discord's or any third party's terms, policies, or applicable law.
- Harass, spam, or disrupt other users, servers, or services.
- Attempt to bypass captchas, rate limits, or security controls in unauthorized ways.
- Reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with Discord or OwO bot infrastructure except as permitted by law.
- Distribute malware or use the Application as part of credential theft or unauthorized access schemes.
6. Open Source Software
OwoFarm is provided as open-source software under the license stated in the project repository. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that open-source license for the source code itself. These Terms apply to your use of the Application as a service/product and to any Discord application registration associated with it.
7. No Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, avoidance of account penalties, or compatibility with future Discord or OwO bot changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND OPERATORS OF OWOFARM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, ACCOUNTS, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $0, BECAUSE THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
9. Changes to the Application and Terms
We may update the Application or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using OwoFarm at any time by uninstalling the Software and revoking any Discord authorization you granted to the Application. We may discontinue or modify the Application without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts competent for your jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
